About - Orlando's Leading Pressure & Soft Washing Company

About our Company

A little bit about how we started and through hard work and dedication grew to become Central Florida’s top-rated exterior cleaning experts.

Built on Passion & Commitment to Excellence. Grown Through Dedication & a Relentless Work Ethic

When I look back on the journey of Orlando Pressure Washing Pros, it’s incredible to see how something so simple became the foundation of one of the most trusted and top-rated residential and commercial pressure and soft washing companies in Orlando and all of Central Florida.

It all started when I was 12 years old. My grandparents asked me to help my dad pressure wash their driveway. Like most kids, I wasn’t exactly thrilled about the chore—but when the job was finished, something unexpected happened. I felt a real sense of pride. Seeing the immediate transformation and knowing I played a role in it stuck with me. That moment planted a seed I didn’t yet understand.

A few years later, at 15, I was back at my grandparents’ home doing the same work when someone driving by stopped and asked if I could clean their property too. That single question changed everything. It clicked: people needed reliable, high-quality exterior cleaning—and I genuinely loved delivering results people could see and feel good about. That’s when Orlando Pressure Washing Pros was born.

Fast forward 14 years, and that driveway-born idea has grown into a family-owned and operated company trusted by homeowners, business owners, property managers, HOAs, and commercial facilities across Central Florida. My brother Jake now serves as our Director of Operations, leading an incredible team that shares the same standards and pride that started it all.

Today, we’ve cleaned thousands of residential and commercial properties, earning a reputation for being dependable, detail-driven, and respectful of every home and business we serve. Customers continue to choose us year after year—not just for the results, but for the experience. Clear communication, honest pricing, skilled technicians, and work done the right way, every time.

What motivates me now is the same thing that motivated me back then: seeing the reaction when a property is restored and knowing we delivered on our promise. That feeling of pride I first experienced as a kid hasn’t faded—it’s simply multiplied with every satisfied customer, every referral, and every property we leave looking its best.

Our story isn’t just about pressure washing. It’s about growth, integrity, family, and earning trust through consistent excellence. And as we continue to serve Orlando and all of Central Florida, that commitment remains the heart of everything we do.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted Nick to arrange a pressure clean of my mother in law’s house and brick terrace, following her injury. Nick was responsive and respectful. He scheduled the clean promptly at a reasonable price. He provided before and after pictures, as I was unable to be home because I was spacing time in the hospital. I would highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company did an excellent job. They were able to get some rust out of the pavers (for a small additional cost. I've hired others in the past that didn't get the weeds out between the pavers. My driveway and pavers both look amazing. Scheduling was easy. I also needed to reschedule and that wasn't a problem. They came on time. Price was reasonable.
